Redooceit
Accomplished in June 2025
Overview
An end-to-end digital solution for managing household and organizational food waste. I worked as a volunteer on an engineering team of one CTO, three Frontend Engineers (including me), two Backend Engineers, and one DevOps Engineer (also me).
Purpose
Indonesia faces a critical food waste crisis. Millions of tons of food are wasted each year while many people still struggle with hunger. Redooceit tackles this by digitizing the entire waste management process, so making it easier for businesses and households to handle food waste responsibly.
What I Did
I led the development across the product’s frontend, and DevOps infrastructure. My work included:
- Migrated the company profile to Next.js + Sanity CMS, enabling the content team to manage updates independently through the CMS without engineering bottlenecks.
- Created a waste management dashboard that unified operational workflows for admins and waste operators, replacing scattered spreadsheets with a single reliable tool.
- Architected the entire DevOps infrastructure (GitHub Actions, DNS, Docker, Nginx) and optimized the build pipeline, reducing deployment time from 8–12 minutes to 4 minutes, which accelerated team velocity and feature shipping.
